The atmosphere here is always lovely and the staff are friendly. There is a good range of cakes, pastires and such, including one or two vegan options which have never disappointed, as well as a variety of coffees! would recommended :-)

We visited yesterday afternoon, trying to find a coffee shop for x10 people (before a child’s birthday party in the shopping centre). The staff were so helpful, very accommodating and we really appreciated their friendliness. The food, coffees and drinks were lovely, excellent service.

Amazing staff and service. My little boy smashed a glass with his smoothie in. They were so quick to check he was ok and genuinely concerned. They then brought him a new one with some chocolates. Top service, will def go back. Also yummy cakes and coffee!!

I just picked up a strawberry lemonade and it's lush. On top of that the gentleman serving me (I think he was the manager) was the nicest person I could have met to cheer up my day. Even in these hard times he still had a smile on, the older lady before me was struggling a bit and he offered for her to leave her shopping to pick up later 😭 Whenever me and my partner went to town before covid we would always go and get a coffee and sandwich or muffin and coffee from there and we have never been disappointed.

I ate here on Monday and my experience was great. The manager who served me was very kind and offered to carry my tray to a table for me( I'm guessing this was due to me being pregnant and loaded down with shopping). They were very busy as it was lunchtime but I will definitely eat here again great customer service.

What a lovely place to enjoy your cuppa! The prices are reasonable, tables kept very clean, so you don't have to worry about putting anything on due to stickiness, quiet and welcoming.

Nice Coffee shop in the Intu Centre Derby. The decor is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. Besides coffee, you can buy soft drinks, muffins and wraps. Nice place to catch up with friends
