Always pop in for a drink and cake at weekends, got my birthday treat cake as I use the app. Only fault I found was that the service staff were talking quite loudly about customers they had served that day and it was not polite. Tables could be cleared quicker too.

Drive through was a bit slow to work through. Asked for 3 drinks and 2 came without milk (even though asked for it).

One of the best Costas! I travel all over the country for my job, and this is by far one of the cleanest, friendliest and efficient branches I’ve ever visited.

What an amazing team came in today with my baby, who unfortunately pulled the tray from the table which caused my hot chocolate glass to fall and shatter everywhere I felt so embarrassed and anxious but they all made me feel at ease offered me another drink and was very understanding and nice about the situation. Thankyou again to you all :)

Simple Costa Coffee store - same as all the others but quieter compared to the City Centre stores - also be careful walking to the unit as the walkways outside of the store are not clear and it is a very busy car park at peak times....

What an absolutely wonderful team behind this store, came in today during our downtime before we picked up a cat from a shelter, was quite an emotional day for us, walked in and was immediately made to feel special by Leah behind the counter.
Leah served us with a smile and was attentive to our order, managed to make us our order with special requests and because my partner had just missed her birthday present gift, gave us a slice of tiffin on the house which made our day.
All I can say is this branch of Costa has been consistently amazing from its opening and I thoroughly recommend you go and share some love with their team, they will strive to give you a great experience like we had today.

Popped in yesterday for a hot drink mid shopping. The place was clean and the staff friendly. There wasn't much of a queue inside and drinks were ready quite quickly. A good range of hot drinks, including the Christmas drinks which were delicious. I'd highly reccomend the hazlehut paraline latte!
