Had some small chips and so beutifull chips and nice and fresh and excellent costume service this is my first time visiting and I will be back soon.

Update 8/7/23 . Called in here again and Victoria fish bar never fails to impress the food was absolutely delicious. Infact this fish bar is the best in derby by far. Everything was so hot and freshly cooked it is our group of usually 8 people is our go to food place. Keep up the great service and food guys!
Called in for food after a night out and the food was absolutely amazing. The kebab meat was so tasty and the chips were cooked to perfection. It was a great touch with the music in the shop. Will be definitely back again.
Came here to grab food after a night out, the food was lovely and service was very quick. Unfortunately I left my phone at our table. The owner was very lovely and rang my friend's phone the next morning. He reassured me that it was safe and I was able to collect it the same day.

Nice chippy. Reasonably priced tasty food. Friendly & helpful staff. They seem to cook their chips in small batches, meaning they're hot & fresh, which is great.

Quick and friendly service. Decent battered sausage and chips. Nothing fancy but I expected that for the price. Just a decent fish and chippie. The only one of its kind in Derby City Centre. I stayed and ate inside, on their tables which were clean. There were a few other customers inside doing the same but it wasn't too loud, made for a comforting setting. Would definitely plan on going back. And would also recommend to anyone else looking for a chippie in Derby City Centre. Only 4* because I've had better chips from other places.

As always fresh food, would not go anywhere else for food after a night or for a evening meal.
Called in at opening time for three rather tasty cooked to order cod and chips meals, with peas and a cuppa. Lovely friendly service from the staff. Will be back if passing by and on need of a proper feed.

Ok my last review was relentless, all because I believe I squashed the pie, however I have since been back and now I am changing my review, the owner looked after me, all food was fresh and rather tasty. Best chippy in town center, clean, hospitable and very friendly and professionalism at its finest, a must for people who have not yet been, thanks for a tasty meal guys
