Only brought drinks on a pit stop, but it's probably the largest Maccies I've encountered, i was amazed (easily pleased, i know). Staff were friendly, and the store was clean. Recommended

It's our go to McDonald's in Derby. Review is for collection and eat out only. The food and service are reliably very good. Occassional, only very minor, issues are someone goes overboard on salting the fries (mainly on Saturdays) and sometimes all the items like lettuce, sauces and pickles are all clumped at one end of a bun so you can end up with the contents falling out. Otherwise it's all great. Staff are friendly and helpful.

You are being charged for common dips extra if you are drive through customer. However if you'd like to order from the store, you have access to common dips for free. How does that feel being treated equally?! Shame!

It's McDonalds, so one is pretty much exactly the same as another. The staff here were very young, but the manager was on the ball. Nice bunch of people

Every time I've visited here, there's never been a wait for food, which is exactly what I want from a fast food joint. Keep up the good work.

We went this evening after 11pm and ordered a latte and an apple pie. There was a delay in the apple pie which they informed us about and gave us the option of not having it, but we decided to wait for it. It took a little while and when the Manager bought it to us, he also gave us a fresh coffee and when we got home, we realised they’d put a second apple pie in the bag too. Thanks so much Wyvern!! Great customer service 👍🏼
