Visited 04/07/22 Monday Lunchtime - Location is on the outer parts of the Kingsway Retail Park, connected to Costa Coffee and Gregg's. Cleanliness of the place was at a good standard, considering it was not very busy. There were 3 members of attentive staff who greeted us as we entered and allowed us time to revise the menu. My partner had a special request which was kindly accepted which made our experience better. Altogether, attention to detail was good and the price for our meals to sit in, was slightly higher than I am used too but gladly paid £20 for a meal for two, with some cookies fresh out of the oven.
Great experience and better visit from the last time I was here. Would recommend for a quick bite to eat, to sit in our takeaway.
Disabled access is present with no step into the location. There are no restroom facilities from what I could see and ample seating indoors or a choice of outdoor seating.

Amazing customer service!!
There was a problem with my order (my fault not theirs) so I rung the store and Sarah was absolutely AMAZING!! Helped me sort the order out and was so friendly and nice.

As a subway regular, I can honestly say I never been served by a better team. We visited at lunchtime on Saturday 5th sept and the staff were so friendly, smiley and efficient. 5*

Aside from being limited to sauces when ordering wrap. It was absolutely delicious. All subways I have been to in the world allow you any toppings and any sauces. For some weird reason on their wraps toppings and sauces are limited. But still 5 stars as it was so fresh and tasty. Best subway I been to so far in UK.
