Its a brilliant venue managed by an excellent team led by a dynamic leader. Go there everyday of my life and I can say it is a fantastic experience. Great tasty hot chocolates

Best drinks ever from here 😋 the chocolate whipped cream is to die for! It's always the same lady here serving every time we go and she is so lovely and helpful.

Took part in the Find your Chocolate Love Match tasting at the Derbion store, it was a lovely session, the lady running the tasting was very knowledgeable about all the products and very friendly, she gave us some great recommendations! I hope they'll run more of these sessions very soon, perhaps for when new product lines are coming out.

For a nice addition to presents, this is a nice touch. You can find smaller stocking fillers, massive selection boxes, there’s vodka and gin to! Three selection boxes for £12.00 is good value, and the quality of all the chocolate is very high. There are hot drink, milkshake and ice creams available, as well as biscuits of the gods. Don’t forget your members card.

Bought a present for my friend's birthday and was given a gorgeous sample of Jersey icecream in the Derbion centre. The 2 ladies working there were so lovely, friendly and inviting. They are a really good asset to the company. Plus I gave them some of my knowledge about Jersey cows and Jersey potatoes 🤩

The coffee is good. I haven't tried the chocolates but they have beautiful gift sets and a variety of chocolates. The produce is good but it is fairly expensive.

I visited here today, as Ive been meaning to for a while to try the hot chocolate & it definitely wasn’t a disappointment. Going for a large with whipped chocolate, was absolutely “to die for”. Without a doubt, a place to go, if you want to most perfect hot chocolate. Whilst visiting my mother went for a an iced coffee, & Im sured this also tasted good!

I found out about Hotel Chocolat from Wuntu and to my surprise they recently opened up in Derby.
So I dropped in and decided to take a look around. I was politely greeted and offered some samples of chocolate. We had hot chocolate and an Earl Grey as well, they were all heavenly!
The service and products are top-notch. I will be coming back for more of their Earl Grey and Hot Chocolate. I just cannot recommend them enough!
