Food served was cold. Wasn’t told this before purchasing. Hardly any availability on other warm products as they were all being prepped. 20-30min wait on all hot pastry goods.
Good luck getting a decent service after 3pm. Most of the food is cold and the staff treat you like garbage. Just an average Greggs really!!!

Not a lot of seating. On the small side but I haven’t really been to any big …
Lady serving me was very rude. I asked for 2 teas and 4 chocolate cookies and she gave me 8 chocolate cookies and 1 tea, then kept pulling really unprofessional faces and was very rude. Customer service training overdue I think.
The old Greggs, great to grab a low priced meal and coffe on the go.
Excellent service from Amber this morning! A warm welcome, smily, good manners and fast and efficient service! A breathe of fresh air as the last two times I have been the staff were grumpy and miserable. Greggs...recruit more staff like Amber and you're onto a winner :)
