Silverhill Fish Bar

First time visiting this Chip Shop, we visited last Friday. 3 of us bought in person and 1 of us ordered in advance through the app. Through the app, it was a 7-7.30 timeslot, the food was ready a few minutes before 7. They ordered a kebab with chips which was nice. The rest of us just ordered chips, they were nice but they weren't hot hot, we were the only customers and were surprised that they were between lukewarm and hot, if we hadn't of tucked in straight away then by the end of the tray it would be cold. It felt like they were just under a heater and not fresh as there was no way they would have burnt our mouth like other chip shop meals. However the chips were nice, and the two ladies that served us was nice. There was a man who I imagine is the owner? Who was staring at everything they did which was a little bit uncomfortable as the ladies were so nice and making conversation with us as they poured our meals out. Would definitely visit again and even though the chips weren't burning hot it was still an enjoyable meal.
