A nice Costa tucked away on the first floor of Tesco's in Dereham.
Very spacious layout, with big open plan area and full window wall letting in light.
Lift access from ground floor. Toilet in the rear.
All the usual selection of food and drink you expect from Costa. Friendly and prompt staff.

A nice Costa, slightly less selection than the bigger Costas but still lovely drinks and food. Friendly staff and lots of places to sit. I'll visit again.

Visited this Costa today, I was undecided at what hot drink to have as there are so many to choose from but after chatting to the polite, patient staff they recommended a black forest hot chocolate. Also I was persuaded to have a mince pie. Lovely place

I do like this little coffee shop. On my latest visit the staff were friendly and helpful albeit they seemed understaffed.
There were a lot of tables which had not been emptied or cleaned.

Nicely altered to Covid 19 arrangements, the counter service carries on. Seating is arranged so that the tables can be cleaned between uses.
It's a well used cafe. I found a nice table for two with soft seats, and had a coffee whilst waiting for a bus home.
A pleasant experience. Try the single origin coffee, it was very good!

Every Friday we have our Costa coffee before shopping at Tesco in East Dereham and have got to know the staff who are very friendly and helpful. So all good. Alison

Decent coffee and staff are always pleasant. Can get very busy at times but with the speed these guys can make a coffee at the queue soon goes down.
