Nonnas Wood Fired Pizzas (spencer Rd)

I would give Nonna's 6 stars if I could ... Their pizza's are to die for, absolutely delicious! But that is if they still had their restaurant at Shipquaystreet. A cosy place with an awesome atmosphere. However, the Nonna's on Spencer Road has the atmosphere of a chippy. Still has the best pizza's, that has to be said. It is probably not the goal to be a restaurant here, but after you've been in Shipquaystreet a couple of times this feels like a cold shower. Want to take away? Best decision 😊 Sitting in and eating from a cardboard box... Not so much. If the restaurant ever opens again, we'd be among the first to support with visits.

Absolutely amazing Pizza, I was told if I was ever in Derry I had to check this place out and my God it didn’t disappoint, from the minute we entered we where greeted by Gary and he made us feel so welcome, we placed our order and he was very honest that it was a lot of food for 3 people so we reduced order and we all enjoyed every slice that we had there was not a crumb left, there Fries where delicious too . Overall we had a 5 Star Meal and would highly recommend if you like great service and amazing pizza 🤙

As a regular at Nonnas, we've come to expect nothing but the best from this amazing establishment. Every week, my sons and I look forward to our weekly pizza night treat, where we are always greeted with a warm smile and made to feel like part of the family. The pizzas are consistently cooked to perfection, our personal favourite is the margherita pizza, with its lovely crispy crust. The pizzas are best when they are just out of the oven, the oven is soo hot and it only takes minutes to cook but it's absolutely gorgeous. I'd highly recommend visiting them and eating your pizza fresh from the oven if you can, it will blow you away! I can't recommend Nonnas enough. It's the perfect spot for a casual dinner with the family, and we always leave feeling satisfied and already looking forward to our next visit.
