The Diamond

Arrived here on a Saturday afternoon, we were seated promptly and drinks were served prior to our food order. We were advised that the order time might be a little longer as they were short staffed, which was good of them to tell us and not have us wondering if we were forgotten about. Our orders were taken quickly and in fairness we didn't have to wait any longer than expected. The food was top class, hot and tasty. Overall the staff were plesent and chatty, and were genuinely interested in their work and our satisfaction. The decor in the bar is so quirky, novel, and entertaining, every possible wall, ceiling space is filled with a different theme, it's worth visiting granny Annie's for the ambience alone. Overall we had a very good experience and we will be returning on our next visit to Derry.

First time here and was amazed by the size and the decor. Sloping shelves, furniture upside down on the ceiling and all the furniture and lighting made from pipes. I love quirky places and this is a brilliant place for a quick drink whilst you're taking a break from shopping or a night out. Staff are friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere.
