Cafe Nero is a very relaxing cafe the seating is very comfortable and spacious the staff are friendly and helpful and the variety of teas coffee etc and tray bakes will get your taste buds tingling, highly recommended for a relaxing wind down.. especially after a days shopping.

Caffè Nero is a comfortable chain offering an array of coffees and bakery goods. There are even a few packaged goods that are gluten-friendly.
This location is nestled into the entrance of a large retail center, so it's quite a buzzing place. There are options for plugging in and working on a laptop, but the consistent queues can be a bit distracting!

Dropped in after 5.30. The lady behind the counter was absolutely wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my granddaughter who is severely lactose intolerance.

Absolutely love this branch specifically, the staff are always so lovely and patient, and willing to go the extra step to suit needs or specific requests. I always look forward to visiting, not just for the great coffee but also for the brilliant customer service and experience. Great job to all the Richmond Center staff! ❤️

Friendly staff the place is also nicely decorated. But the drink standard isn’t as good as in other shops. My iced coconut latte was way way too sweet. But the outside seats are very nice on a warm day.
