My father works here and those people saying bad things r liears and it may have had bad service but u still got fed my father is Joseph if your wondering it was lovly food when I got It when it was open I got the rafters burger and loved it .

Love the refit of the restaurant. Food was great. Staff definitely need training and to be more attentive.

A couple of weeks ago I rated this restaurant 1star. I was not a happy customer but everyone is entitled to a bad day, so thought I would chance my arm and give it another go.
So just got home from a lovely evening.
2 girls on the floor are a credit to the business ( only thing I would say is they needed a bar
person on, was getting a little busy putting
girls under pressure).
Food was good.
It does pay off to give people a second chance....everyone is human!!
Personally speaking floor staff is the key to a successful business & those 2 girls where good👏👏

The food we got was lovely however they had no roast dinners, no steak, no burgers and just said they'd run out of beef???

This place has just been refurbished recently. The decor is nice and bright. The service was a little bit slow, but the food was good and much cheaper than I expected.

Well as a fan of rafters over the the years it was a certainty that I would be back when they opened up again ....with a 2 for £10 it was a no brainer....from service as soon as we arrived to the standard of food it was all good I worried about ordering the old favorite terriaki as I have always been a fan .....would I be disappointed ....absolutely not the food was great we will definitely be back
