Loved this place an food was 1st class an service was at the highest the manager was busy doin everything an making sure all his guests were enjoying them self my patner didnt want a main meal but the manager explained an we happily said thats fine we understand with bein a small business an it did state one main per adult so we did understand the food was lovely an very big portions plenty of time between courses

We tried a large selection of options on the menu, all of which were enjoyable. The chefs also kindly made a customised dish for one of our party which she gave the thumbs up! The service was good and we got a complimentary starter - can't complain! I'd go again 👍

We love eating at Kolkata. The food is always excellent and we know we will get a warm welcome from Ali. When we order takeaway it's always hot and ready when he says it will be.

Ali was lovely from start to finish as was his colleague who quietly served our food and drinks but I didn't manage to catch his name. The young man behind the bar was great too.
The welcome was spot on, the service was personalised so we had dishes that suited our pallets and Ali truly listened to our preferences because when we got the dishes he recommended....oh my goodness they were good.
My partner and I have not been here before but would happily bring our family in the future.

Went for takeout because we liked the look of the food and reviews, all the reviews are correct, the food was beautiful, plenty for us 4 adults. The service was excellent, very quick even though they were busy and Ali was very helpful explaining the dishes we were unfamiliar with on the menu.

Absolutely the go to place for Indian Food in Didcot! Amazing food but most importantly amazing service - we bought our son with us to celebrate his 1 year anniversary of having heart surgery and the gentleman (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was amazing.
Playing and chatting with him and when he chucked food on the floor telling us to not worry about it and to enjoy our food.
You don’t get service like this anymore - definitely coming back here :)
