The service and food is of a high standard. With a good choice of gluten free. There is a good outside eating area which is perfect for enjoying a cool beer and watching the world go by. My only criticism is the lack of beer choice. Surely at least one classic ale/bitter is not too much to ask for.

What a lovely place. Service was impeccable from our lovely barman ‘Sam’. Fabulous gluten free options and food came quickly. Overall wonderful experience!

Great food and cooked well. Staff friendly on arrival and did not take long to take order. Service for the desserts was slow. Had to wait up to 40minutes and go back to bar to check order.

Only stopped for an evening drink this time round.
A little short staffed at the ordering counter meant a slightly longer than usual wait to order.
Otherwise as good as always, a safe menu with lots of choice, a few beers and a good range of soft drinks to choose from.

Berro kindly hosted Family get together last night for my Sons 21st Birthday. They took my late notice request for booking of x13 people, allowed me to come prior to booking to decorate tables, and held Birthday Cake for serving later in evening. Tasty food served promptly ( pre ordered ) at agreed time by friendly Staff. Thanks Berro for lovely evening !

Amazing service. Just finished a lovely meal with my partner quick service recommend their cocktails and the burgers are mine and my partners favourite awesome food. Definitely recommend coming here for any occasion chilled atmosphere and friendly staff.

Came to visit our friends and chose Berro Lounge to eat at.
We chose to sit upstairs as downstairs was quite busy.
From the Tapas section on the menu, we picked out multiple dishes of the food we would each like to try.😀
We shared some garlic breads to accompany our meal😋
I was well impressed with the quality of their food👍👏👏 well done to the chef.
Tapas was new to us. My partner and I really enjoyed it, our friends usually come to here, so they knew it was a very nice place.
It was very good value and the drinks selection was extensive, I chose a bottle cider😋
Would definitely recommend eating in this place👍and would like to come back again when we visit them😀

We've been here many times. I really enjoy going. The service can be a little variable if they are busy, but they are a great group of young staff who work to go the extra mile. Unfortunately the quality of the food has dropped with a new menu & chef. Over cooking the buttermilk chicken making it solid & I won't be having the bang bang noodles again as dry with lack of sauce & flavour. But to go for a drink or perhaps a Tapas snack it's a great venue. Decor is typical for the chain, quirky & looks a bit tired now. If they had background music playing it might help to lift up the general atmosphere as its such a space.
