I had a meal on Sunday with my son and it was my first meal there as they have just started doing food. The food was great, really affordable and the service was brilliant. Definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a pub meal in the Didcot area. Iām gonna have another meal there today ššš

Love coming in to the WHEATSHEAF, always a warm welcoming, there is always lots of friendly people in, they have lots of different drinks, to choose from and many great offers. Friday nights have a karaoke/disco night can be a real laugh... Will be in there regularly š

Visited a few years ago, wasn't a very nice experience.
Visited a couple of weeks ago, new landlord & lady, both really friendly and welcoming. Pub is cleaner, generally seems to have a better atmosphere and the beer selection is excellent, probably the best in town. Will definitely be coming back!

Since the new landlord took over the service has improved, the beer tastes better. Changes are happening for the better, simole things like decoration and tidying up. Very dog friendly, even supplied some free dog treats. Highly recommend this place.

Popped in for a short rest while travelling, quiet but that's to be expected as it was a Monday afternoon and not that long after lockdown lifted. Landlady most welcoming, toilets clean, and a lovely sunny beer garden out the back to enjoy a shandy. Fingers crossed I'll be back this way another time.

Great place in the most normal town in the uk..the place is crowded during game nights.. good, friendly staff..the food is pretty good. They do have a good yard outside, especially good during summer. They do have ample parking space..it isn't a long way from didcot making it a great spot.
I've come to love their burgers. During christmas season, we've had mulled wine, which was fab..
They do have ample seating and oh wait before i forget, they have a pool table, a dart board and some good old fashioned casino model game stations..

Nice place to have a few drinks does get busy on a Saturday night when bands are playing Garden not to bad was better before they build sainsbury on must of the ground but all in all good

A great working men's pub. Friendly regulars (most of whom are over 30) and talkative staff. They run upto six different real ales and are both Cask Mark registered and in the CAMRA good pub guide 2012.
