Whenever I ordered matcha tea latte, I received chai latte. I believe I clearly say "MATCHA" tea latte.

It does get quite busy at times but they work hard to try and keep up. Get there early if you want a seat!
Another plus, Starbucks is dog-friendly, they love a puppuccino 🐶

Friendly team, usual menu options. Although food options were poorly stocked at 1.30 pm. Empty tables and seats need a good clean, especially some of the seating. Appears a little unkept regards cleanliness. Not many tables and chairs as they are all the big seats, although a big bar with stools ( if you can fi d a couple not covered in food and crumbs?).

Most of baristas are friendly and the drinks are good. Never been disappointed by this branch. Service was quite long 6 months ago but it seems to have improved now.

Staff were very friendly, brilliant customer service. The 3 young team members on at 9am on Wed 9th June are an asset to your company. My coffee and pan au chocolat went down a treat

Great coffee as always. Went there for the pumpkin spiced latte a week ago, however I had just missed it. Got a chai latte instead which was decent. Staff are swift and polite.

Great place to have an early coffee even on 7am on Monday. Great sophisticated range of products, especially my favourite cold brew that I usually make myself at home and I know by experience it's richer taste and better caffeine extraction. And in COVID-19 times the guys are very good at providing social distancing measures and still staying nice and friendly. 5 stars, kids! Thank you!💫💫💫

Lovely branch of Starbucks - very clean and tidy. Staff seem very well educated and versed in adhering to the new Covid health and safety rules - makes you feel really at ease. Lovely coffee, smiley staff and Danielle in particular is so welcoming!

I'm a die hard starbucks fan and most of the time these guys are great, had a couple of bad cups but always take away so never been able to have it fixd which i know they would do in a heartbeat. the manager is great and always on point with service and cleaning.

Very good service, as usual at Starbucks stores. The place is small, have some tables outside and no sofas inside, just chairs and coffee tables.
