This Costa is always very clean, and the staff are very friendly. As far as Costas go, this is a better one, although generally their coffees are very expensive. I got a pink coke, which just tastes the same as regular coke, but a little more aesthetically pleasing.
They gave me a paper straw which held up quite well :)

Great Costa, , staff are very friendly and the remote ordering system works very well, coffee is always hot and prepared at a perfect balance between speed and quality. Lovely interior and comfy seats. Although it is a chain there is feel of indivduality created by the wonderful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to have a drink/cake, relax and have a break, even with young children! The kids love the hot chocolate that comes with a flake or marshmallow:-)

What amazing customer service from this place! One of the baristas (Jess) really made this feel like a special visit instead of a franchise experience! Clearly had passion for her job, not something you often see! What a credit to the branch - deserves a promotion!

Best Costa coffee shop I've been to. I have visited so many Costa shops, this is by far the most customer friendly of them all in my opinion. Will miss this shop when I move abroad in two weeks.
