Made a pit stop here for lunch. Both indoor and outdoor had this cute old rustic atmosphere. We had the seafood chowder and a daily soup (tomato). I'm generally a big fan of seafood chowders and they were definitely on the better side. The biscuits that they came with were pleasant as well. They were a bit expensive but overall very pleasant experience. Would come back again for the chowder for sure!

Nice quaint place decorated with everything you can think of. I had the soup of the day (corn chowder) and home made baked beans. Both were wonderful. The staff was great and there was an adequate selecting of food and bakery to try but I just stopped for a small lunch.

Cute place bakery/bistro. Decor is a mishmash of items. Food was lovely. Had the halibut and jambalaya, which was delicious. The beer is pricey at $10 a pop.
Would come here again. Given there isn’t many options in the area, was happy with how this turned out.

This place is so cute! We went in and were greeted with friendly staff and sat inside. The chef was amazing and the food was soooo good. We used the bathroom as well and it was clean and decorated just like the restaurant. Love this place! Highly reccomend :)

We ate at Danena's last night showing up at 7pm after looking for somewhere to eat supper. She kindly invited us in to have a seat and check out the menu. Pretty sure she stayed open late for us. Very much appreciated. The food was delicious! I had the lobster linguine. It had tons of lobster!!! Super tastey!! Highly recommend!!

One of the more interesting menus I saw in the area. We stopped for lunch and had the burger and chicken sandwich (with gravy). The burger meat was great, but I didn’t love the relish they added to the bun.
Self-serve coffee and water (which may explain why so many people complained about the slow service 🤔). Baked goods looked great - I only tried the mincemeat pie though.

Had dinner here tonight and it was just fabulous. I had pan seared scallops with turnip mash, while my wife had haddock with mashed potatoes in a lemon lime cream sauce. We shared the blueberry parfait dessert.
The young lady who served us was delightful, and the chef danced and sang along with the Bob Dylan music that was playing. A full 5 star meal.

The fish and seafood dishes were excellent with generous portions. I would have marked it 5 stars if the service was as good as the food, and it was far from it! We waited 5 minutes for someone to welcome us although the place was almost empty and it seemed that the the young waitress was not happy to be there. We had to serve ourselves with beer and ask for a dessert when we were asked to pay the bill. Besides, the dessert (strawberry shortcake) was a mess. Go there for the fish!
