The food was amazing, really nice and very generous portions. However, what stands out the most is the service, if I could give higher than a 5 start I would. The staff are absolutely amazing and polite. 10/10 experience for my taste buds and service!

As a vegetarian I can highly recommend this restaurant. The food feels like real effort is being made to make it tasty for vegetarians. Sometimes I've had vegetable based curries from other places and they can feel a bit bland but that's definitely not the case here. The vegetable korma is especially surprising, it's so rich and full of flavour considering it's a milder curry. I generally prefer spicier dishes but I find myself picking the Korma because it's just so tasty! I can also recommend the Paneer Jalfrezi if you do want something with a bit more kick! It's super tasty and spicy! All of the sides are also very tasty, I normally get the pakoras and a garlic peshwari naan and it's delicious! The prices are all very fair for the portion sizes and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend paying a visit if you want some really tasty veggie food!

Take every takeaway review you read with a pinch of salt; some people absolutely cannot be pleased and expect a restaurant quality meal to be boxed up and delivered to their door at a fraction of the price... Having said that; Indian Chef is the best indian takeaway I've ever had. The sauces are thicker than most takeaways (which I personally love) but still incredibly flavourful. It's the kind of food that will spoil all other takeaways for you. I've now recommended this to a few (very picky) local friends who'd never tried them before, and they are now repeat customers. The people running the shop (especially the delivery driver!) are really pleasant too. If you're ordering an Indian in/around Dinnington, then this is the place to go without question.

Excellent curry! Chicken Tikka Masala and the Balti absolutely decicious. Only gripe is that its weird flat onion bhajis and not the nice fried ball shaped ones. Its so expensive these days but everything seems to be. Its just a shame you cant afford to eat it more often!

I've just had Indian chef for the first time this evening. Absolutely beautiful food. I ordered a phal as I like my curries hot. It was hot, but I could also taste the flavour of it. One of the nicest and tastiest phal's I had from a takeaway. Didn't have to wait long for delivery and all food was piping hot. Will order from here again!

Fantastic!!! Have used other Indian takeaways across the Country. This the best we have ever had. Freshly prepared every time vegetables always perfect. King prawn cooked to perfection. Lamb melt in the mouth Chicken cooked to perfection. As you can tell we are varied in our choice and every time on time and 5 star all round.
