Happy Palace

Called through to order a take away for collection, left my name, there was another take away collection with my name due to collect at 6.30pm, and I was due to collect at 5.20pm, the 6.30pm collection turned up early and took my order in error, they returned with my order whilst they cooking my order again. When the other person returned with my order, the girl offered me that food when the other customer returned as they took in error. I refused to take that food as they were cooking my order fresh. A simple misunderstanding and confusion as we both had the same name, even though our collection times were an hour apart. It waa resolved in a quick sufficient time scale with fresh food cooked and was really good food to see in NYE. No complaints at all as issue resolved, will always use as love our Chinese takeaways from here. Happy New year, wishing you a great 2023.

Best customer service from a lovely young lady (hannah I think was her name) very patient and helpful with taking my order. The food was lovely and the manager Neal is such a nice guy. Travelled from norwich to diss just to try the food and haven't regretted it since. 😊 Side note: try the salt and pepper chips

Very impressed. From ringing my order through to delivery was 50 minutes and I live 8miles away. The lady who took the order was very professional and friendly. The delivery man was very polite and friendly and the food didn’t disappoint. Best chicken satay I’ve ever had. We would recommend the Happy Palace
