Tried the new hot milkshake, strawberry and white chocolate! Very tasty but a little too sweet come the end!

Costa workers seems to know what they actually doing. Barista is Barista not just a bloke with coffee machine. So where do I begin. Service is excellent they do trying best to keep up with orders, coffee always taste really good as I think they do clean machine after shift done ( I know that's crazy all this machine cleaning but yeah it does work) Cakes are fresh music is playing. It's always crowded and this is minus for me but hay I can't have it all right? Also minus is when they do some cold drinks with ice, o mate it is loud as hel. But I'd choose Costa in Diss over other cafes especially becose of good tasting coffee and good service!

1st time we've visited this Diss branch but it's the usual Costa coffee house, usual good quality food and coffee, polite service with a smile nothing more to say really

Very friendly staff - they really cannot do enough to make you happy. If the queue is long they always apologise. They work hard and fast! The food is always well cooked and the coffee is delicious. Now they have M&S food as well - extra yummy! All the new staff are really well trained and Paige leads an excellent team.

This was a surprise. I went in to have my eyes checked. They sold me a coffee and cake. I missed the appointment. If only someone had told me the optician was next door.

Food is criminally expensive but had to get something as I ran out of time,
Atmosphere and surroundings are calm and what you expect from Costa, would eat in more if prices were more realistic.

Costa Coffee Diss is a fantastic coffee shop with a good community feeling among the staff and regulars! Defiantly recommend it, honestly make the best Flat whites.

We took our 3 grandchildren to Costa, after school, just before lockdown. We couldn't have had better service. The staff were very good, one wiped down an area for us, another cleaned up a drink our youngest grandchild dropped (with a friendly smile). Really put themselves out. Really impressed. The food and drinks were enjoyed by all.

Always friendly staff with the usual drink and food options. Drinks are always made well in my experience. Nice place to sit, too. There are some toys available, which is unusual, I think, and good for parents and young children. It seems like there's some extra thought given by staff and management, which goes a long way to elevate this shop beyond other ones in the chain.
