Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn next door with beautiful views over the lagoon. We'd originally booked a surfing day course, but we're given the option to choose other activities when they gave us a heads up about the mechanical fault with the wave machine. As it was our honeymoon, we decided to make the most of it and booked in SUP boarding with the water obstacle course as well as the ninja assault course. The staff were very quick to book this in for us and arranged a refund for the outstanding amount - no hassle at all. Had a great time at both activities and the staff were brilliant. Plenty of staff members at both activities to oversee and keep us safe and they were incredibly ruthless when it came to passing the lower jump test in the ninja course to ensure that no-one could injure themselves by jumping incorrectly at a greater height. (I failed, but was just proud I'd managed the first one!). I would especially like to mention one member of staff who had to deal with some incredibly rude and aggressive behaviour from another customer. We thought she and her fellow staff members dealt with the issue extremely professionally and sensibly. Overall it was a great experience in a beautiful place. Thank you!

I visited here for a birthday trip with my wife. The whole place is super impressive. Great staff, good food, great atmosphere and brilliant waves. We stayed over in a lodge and used the hot tubs. Having friendly waves and good food on your doorstep coupled with the brilliant location and stunning scenery was next level I took a lesson while i was here, the instructors were pleasant and personable. They took a real interest in my surf level and were not only on hand for the dry lessons part, but came in the water and offered advice and guidance while i was surfing, even shouting encouragement from the water edge. Between this and other wave pools in the country, i would come back here every time. No competition, even if its not the current wave pool tec, the wave options are good, and it's everything you need

Received an email informing the surfing sessions pre- booked not available due to technical problem. I am due to stay at the Hilton in 3 weeks with my teenage grandchildren which left me concerned. I sent an email and followed up with a telephone call later in the day. Kay answered and dealt with all my concerns in a professional manner, booking a day of alternative activities and refunding the balance. Things happen out of a Company's control which can be frustrating but having it handled in such a positive and personal way was impressive. I am looking forward to my holiday again all thanks to the excellent customer service.

Superb location for a wild stag weekend. Didn't stay but did the activities which were amazing. Great banter and help from all staff. Bar staff were especially amazing as they didn't stop trying to put on the rugby prem final for the stag. These guys were heroes. Slides and play park makes any adult feel 10 again and I would highly recommend. You do have to be somewhat fit and bring long trousers and close toes shoes. (This should be expressed in bold as you book) Surf coaches were great, friendly and super helpful. Intermediate life guard come hype man in the blue glasses was a legend. Throwing shakkas at my best waves and making me feel special. Thank you I will endeavour to come back here. Great fun.

I had such a good couple of hours here doing the free falls and zipline. Very well organised and ran well. The group size was not too big and we had plenty of time to do the activity. Staff were friendly and helpful and supportive when I was initially nervous. Equipment was all in good condition. Family and friends are able to be near to take photos etc., and there is free WiFi, and a nice indoor cafe that dogs can go into as well. I think there are some issues with the wave pool at the moment but this was not on the website.

This place was in all incredible. Me and my children were astonished. The amount of activities were brilliant. This Includes ( Mountain biking - Surfing - And more ) Around 20 Activities! We watched from the viewing area all of the surfers and the awesome piece of machinery sat in the middle that created the waves. It was so awesome and looked amazing. Although one problem would be the prices. Lots of people complain about the prices or how you can't pay £50 to go in for an hour and just send it without having to go through lessons. Personally I understand the safety requirements and lessons for the safety but yes also 50/50 agreed. The facility and foods are amazing. We bought (drinks, sausage rolls and chips) it was very nice and the food was very enjoyable ( 9/10 ) staff were lovely and the hotel nearby was stunning. A jacuzzi was sat on the edge whilst watching the surfers in the water. Honestly it was amazing and its free to just watch! ( 10/10 ) recommend. Wouldn't drive more than 3h to get here.

Took the kids there this week so they could have a trial at the surfing. They had instruction before hand and then an hour in the lagoon to practice. The staff were all brilliant especially Freya who was the instructor. She was excellent with my youngest child who became nervous about the surfing. Freya relaxed her into the water and by the end had got her onto the surf board and enjoying the experience. By the end of the hour they had all had a great time. Overall the site is very good with a variety of different activities for people to have a go at. There is also a bar, coffee shop and surf shop selling equipment. Where it loses a star is the cost of the surfing. If you wanted to just pay for an hour then it is £50 (if informed correctly) which is a little on the steep side for some peoples budgets. I understand that they have overheads but probably wouldn't take them again unless there was an offer on.

Excellent day out. High ropes were a proper adrenaline rush. Also did indoor and outdoor climbing walls and ninja course. Great value at £50 for for activities. Instructors were excellent especially Owen, Michael and Jack. Very tiring but well worth it.
