Elachi Indian Restaurant

I personally have eaten in their restaurant many of times and it is amazing but when you feel like you want to chill at home and still have the same quality food! Well these guys do that we ordered a takeaway at our new house as a treat and believe me when I say it was better than we remembered. Honestly thank you! We won’t be going anywhere else.

After having just moved to Armthorpe, Wendy and I decided it was time we had a little explore of the local restaurant. We came across the Elachi and booked a table for 19:30. We arrived 10 minutes early but got seated straight away, even though the place was busy. The restaurant was busy and the atmosphere was good. We chose the set meal for 2 for £18.95 each. This included a pickle tray, 2 poppadoms, 2 mixed starters, 2 main courses, and 1 nan bread. It was certainly great value for money, and all courses tasted gorgeous. We were served by several different staff throughout our stay, and each one of them was polite and professional. We will definitely be going back, and next time, I'll take take some photos.

This my second time of visiting Elachi and I cannot fault it! We were in a party of 13! And we were all greeted and shown to our tables. This time I had the butter chicken and wow is all I can say. I'm normally a korma kind of girl but this was lovely. I tasted a friend's tikka masala and again that was very nice. We all had the set meal I think was, we chose our appetiser starter n main all for £16. Well worth the money. Very filling I couldn't eat all mine and had it boxed up. Fantastic atmosphere and fantastic staff
