Went in today with my partner and was greeted by a lovely young lady called Charlotte she was so polite and no matter what we asked for it was never a problem for her, the food was lovely as well. Would definitely go again .

I visited this place with my boyfriend, and the food was great. Josh (the staff) gave us friendly service. Being from a hospitality background myself, his service was great, and I would be happy to return to try more food soon.

I went to this Toby Carvery a few months ago and had a lovely experience. I went again today and it was just as good. I had Charlotte again as my server and she was brilliant, she welcomed us and made us feel comfortable when at our table. Will definitely visit again, thank you for a lovely second experience :)

Stopped off to have some food and was exceptional. Was served by Chris who made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble and very polite and caring. Will be back again for sure.

I went here the other month, with my disabled mum,.. it was pouring with rain, We were welcomed by a lad named Chris,. This lad did what was expected of him & much more, talk about being made welcome! He helped my mum get inside, took her coat to dry, & made sure she was comfortable and that we both had a good meal. Thanks to Toby Carvery! But, big thanks to Chris!

The carvery was lovely. But what stood out the most was the service from Georgia who was absolutely brilliant. Very welcoming very polite and couldn't do enough for me. I will be back very soon.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and I’d recommend it to anyone. I’d booked in a rush that morning without considering the usual necessities for my partially disabled husband and arrived to find we were on the third floor. However, the receptionist at that time, Sarah, immediately found us a quiet, ground floor room which was perfect for us. Tracy helped bring in our stuff and both were so friendly and helpful. That evening we dined in the carvery, not our usual choice of eatery as we’re vegetarian, but Tiana cheerfully sorted us out and the chef’s two veggie choices were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.
All in all we were looked after very well and by friendly smiling staff.
Couldn’t fault this Toby Carvery hotel.
