Lovely service great staff jack, Eloise and Terri. The kitchen staff had made my food perfect and I would recommend the food. The environment was perfect for children to come aswell and everyone was so polite and was patient with we deciding what we want for drinks and food. Thank you so much for the food and the drinks.

Lovely atmosphere where you can hear yourself speak. Great staff including Hannah, Elaise and Terri to name but a few. Food is always good at reasonable prices and we keep coming back coz we like it there!

I called into Mallard for a meal with my hubby. From the outside I thought it looked like it was going to be expensive, I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was very friendly and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The meal was delicious and very good value. We were served very quickly and we were asked how our meal was, if we were enjoying it. We will be going again.

We went for breakfast it was still fairly busy but it was the service was excellent. The food came to our table very fast it was a nice pleasant atmosphere. For the children there are built in TVs that had children programs on to keep them entertained and the added smoking terrace is nice with a good view of the train station. The food was very tasty and hot.

Just in for drinks while our party come together and have had a really warm welcome on a busy, Saturday afternoon. Ian has been particularly attentive and can throw down some great banter. Definitely will be back again!

Enjoyed a lovely meal today for valentines at the mallard. Both Jack and the other guy behind the bar were really lovely and had great customer service,made me feel very welcome and made sure I had been served. Also Maria was lovely and very attentetive and made sure we were satisfied with the food. Been a really nice visit thank you.
