On a busy night, the staff still managed to fit us in, a testament to their commitment to customer service. When it comes to the food, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The steak I ordered was rather bland, seemingly lacking in salt or seasoning. However, the cheesy fries were a delightful counterbalance, packed with flavor and perfectly crisp. One feature worth mentioning is the 'order and pay from your table' system. While it's a convenient concept, the implementation had some bugs that need ironing out. Yet, these technical hiccups didn't overshadow the overall experience, especially with the staff being so accommodating. In summary, despite some culinary misses and minor tech issues, the quality service and tasty sides make Frankie & Benny's deserving of a four-star rating. It's a solid choice for anyone seeking a mostly hassle-free dining experience with a side of American-Italian flair.

I did end up ordering a delivery from Just Eat. It was not cheap but we got 20% off for it being a 'Cheeky Tuesday'.. We were stunned how quickly it arrived, and the food was perfectly hot. We each ordered a separate pasta dish and shared a garlic bread. We all initially commented that the portions were too small- until we tucked in. They were just perfect pasta dishes in every way. I had the meat feast and the meat was plentiful, juicy and well seasoned. The peppers in particular were so fresh and vibrant. With just the right amount of spice the pasta dish had the perfect kick- and the nduja was sensational. We all were happily stuffed by the end though I could have eaten a sneaky pud but didn't see any on the menu. There was one potential problem though- I want to try the whole menu but how do I decide next time and how do I not have the meat feast pasta? 🥺

I have only been here twice but it is absolutely fantastic! Not one thing to complain about at all. The service is great and always done with a smile. The waiting times are practically non existent and the food is delicious. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and there is no doubt that I'll be coming back here!

My family and I arrived at Frankie & Benny's without a reservation and were able to get a table within 5 minutes of arriving, as it wasn't particularly busy. We were seated quickly, but it took a while for someone to come and take our order as there were 3-5 staff members just stood chatting - However, when our order was placed the service and food were great. The food was good quality and great portion sizes! The restaurant had an offer on, that if you have a valid cinema ticket, you could get 30% off your main meal!
