M&s

I’ve always popped into M&S when visiting Doncaster. Since the closure of the large M&S in Hull has meant a trip to York for anything other than food, it has always been a bonus to have this one in Doncaster. I’m sad to hear that it will soon be closing. This M&S is a good size and very well laid out although I often end up going out of a different door when leaving the store as it straddles the corner of 2 roads. Good choice of clothing here and the Food Hall is excellent-fresh food is well presented, shelves well stocked and a good range of Free From products. Upstairs there is also a cafe although I haven’t used it in a while. Good quality products across the store.

Today my elderly mother had a fall in this store. The care that we received was outstanding, there was nothing that was too much trouble. Whilst we waited for the ambulance we were fully supported. A member of staff even offered me a jacket to sit on as I was on the floor with my mother. A massive thank you to you all, everyone was so lovely to us, truly heartwarming.

Should I even say something? 😹 1. Food hall is amazing, the variety of choices is good. 2. Flower corner is brilliant. My favorite part is bulbs and kits for growing. Also, I bought a cherry tree from there. 3. Cafe! Very good warm food. I go there go have soup and coffee and then I am ready to continue shopping adventure. 4. Very clean toilets. 5. 2 levels of clothing. 6. Bra fitting service. I was quite excited that I can do everything at the self service. I mean paying cash or card, using gift card that you have, topping up a new gift card that you want to present. Just everything.

This store does its best to comply with covid 19 recommendations. This makes me as a regular shopper feel as safe as is possible at this troubled time. Plenty of goods available, and because of the spacing, they are easier to search through. The cafe is well cleaned by the staff, yes the food available is mot yet up to pre covid levels but hey there's plenty to go at. Well done M n S!!!

Haven't used Marks and Spencer's for a while but recently requiring new trousers and socks ventured in. I was looking for a particular type of trousers -well cut and shaped but lightweight. I have looked around other retailers but couldn't find what I wanted. In Marks and I was delighted to find exactly what I required in every way. I bought three pairs of trousers and two sets of socks, extremely satisfied.
