- Seven stars services from the staff who goes above and beyond when the drink on my original order was apparently sold out, he lets me substitute it with any other drink with no extra charge + being refunded for the Drink which was sold out - Seven stars Food, whilst the food portion may varies depending on what was being ordered, the Quality of the ingredients used on the food was simply beyond this planet - Seven star atmosphere, The Bistro is a very comfortable place to have a long evening chat Suggestion : once the "plan" is fully implemented it would be nice to open until 23:00 - later

Wrote a review 5 months ago, April 2023. Had a terrible meal very small poor portions and got money back. Was a shame as we have dined here for meals and breakfasts after staying in the hotel. We were staying again and thought we'd give Wilds another chance. SO GLAD WE DID. The staff for both evening meal and breakfast were brilliant and the food back to being delicious. The hotel great to stay a night too. We're so happy as it's a great place.

So... the food isn't amazing, but it is good (id rate it better than most chain pubs who microwave everything and on par at times with some gastro pubs). The service is hit and miss, we've had attentive servers and also the opposite, not asking whether our food is OK or anything after putting our food down. The thing is, after a long day at the wildlife park, it's an easy stop to ensure I don't have to cook and wash up and also my toddler seems to be less of a threenager there, so win win. Plus I get 20% off due to being a gold member of ywp. I do love the decor and also the fact that's its never that busy, so I can actually unwind after the hordes at the park. Would I return, yes, and I quite often do. Would I recommend, ...that depends on your expectations.

3 of us booked a meal for after our day in the park. We had chicken burgers and steak and ale pie with brownies and cookie n cream cheesecake for dessert. All food tasted great and a good portion size. The welcome and service we received was excellent. We would definitely return, many thanks.

First time coming to wilds cafe bistro, so had to have a 8oz rump steak which was served with house salad and a choice of fries and I always have my steak R/M it was that nice I had to find out who cooked my steak & his name was Andy what a chef he is that was the nicest steak I've ever had. The girls on the bar & on floor are very friendly. I can say il definitely come again and have a steak if Andy is cooking them.

We had Mother’s Day lunch at Wilds, after a brilliant walk round the Park. It was a lovely experience. Good food and good service. Will definitely come back. £21 for two courses was very reasonable.

The food was nice and freshly cooked, but expensive, a burger fries salad, lasagne (devoid of any sauce) fries salad, 2 x coffee's just over £32. But it was completely powerchair friendly. But at those prices no chance of going again.
