Start with the positive, I was served by a lovely young man, wish I knew his name, friendly, polite and helpful,a credit to KFC.
Now the negative, me and my colleague were supporting two gentlemen with learning disabilities, one a wheelchair user, no power assured doors, two doors to open, me and my colleague were struggling so a customer inside who was eating his meal came to our help. Please KFC you need to think about access for individuals with learning disabilities.
Also no air con on inside restaurant,on one of the hottest days of the tear.
Quiet when we went in and the server Val was spot on, took our order and even though it got busier val told us to find a seat he had other orders on and dealt with them then delivered our order to out table without any prompt. Clean sitting area and plenty of seating, good place.
Ordering was a little bit difficult. I think the lad was new and had to get it put right but then got our order, the side was forgotten and daughter's burger had sauce on it when we'd asked for none. Bit hectic there and didn't seem to have a grip on orders.
