Start with the positive, I was served by a lovely young man,wish I knew his name, friendly,polite and helpful,a credit to KFC. Now the negative, me and my colleague were supporting two gentlemen with learning disabilities, one a wheelchair user, no power assured doors,two doors to open, me and my
Quiet when we went in and the server Val was spot on, took our order and even though it got busier val told us to find a seat he had other orders on and dealt with them then delivered our order to out table without any prompt. Clean sitting area and plenty of seating, good place.
Ordering was a little bit difficult. I think the lad was new and had to get it put right but then got our order, the side was forgotten and daughter's burger had sauce on it when we'd asked for none. Bit hectic there and didn't seem to have a grip on orders.
New venue at Worksop opened Sept 2021 just off the A57, close to other fast food outlets, large supermarket and petrol station. Venue has windows to 3sides of the seating area giving a big open dining feeling to a small to medium sized area. Drive thru and uber eats is also available here. The site
Had food from here for the first time using the drive through so didn’t go inside , staff were helpful & friendly, service was good , food also good no complaints would go back
What can be said it's KFC ... Portions have shrunk and prices have gone through the roof! It's not a bad KFC restaurant just wish they would either change the god awful chips they serve or give another option. Service was fast and efficient and the food was good (other than those chips)
Ordered some hot wings And this is the first time I’ve experienced that with KFC, usually always on point and the quality of food is great. However, today I had the most terrible hot wings ever cold,tastes weird as if been left out for days
