Have had a wonderful experience everytime I have visited Munchkins .The play area is full of imaginative toys ,play environments and costumes to dress up in. My little boy just loses himself moving around the pedal-cars ,interacting with other children at the pretend shop or castle . The cafe works so well for adults and children .Two Seperated Areas with good views of the children playing . A child can play for free in the first year . Freshly prepared food and wonderful female staff seem to be calm as anything eventhough the numbers and excitement can reach crazy levels . Good place for parents to meet and talk with others sharing child experiences . A lot of activity goes on in the building as well as the cafe . Good space for buggies , A basic changing area and a private room to feed and change .Without Hand driers .The fear of many children . Excellent .

We visited the area for the day with 3 young children . We were all very impressed with this place. Great food, nice atmosphere, really nice to have proper toys and not soft play. We had a 4yr old, 3yr old and 2yr old and they all found things to play with and do. Just wish it was in our home town!

Absolutely lovely! Such friendly staff, big pots of tea and my five year old twins loved the all the toys, especially the slide! They didn't want to leave.

Really pleased to have stumbled across this place. My 3 kids loved it, as did mummy and granny. The coffee and food was tasty and reasonably priced. A lovely selection was on offer, something for everyone. Clean plates all round. Can't wait to go again.

Really lovely little place to have a drink and something for lunch. We enjoyed a nice coffee and a panini while our daughter enjoyed her baby lunch. Staff were friendly. I love that they have dress up for the kids and a slide going down the stairs for this kids to play on. Only thing that let it down was that the tables are not cleaned very well. Our table was sticky even though the waitress had just wiped it down. But as a parent I always carry wipes and I was able to clean it myself with a Milton wipe. Apart from that everything was great. Wish there were more places like it nearer to were we live.

We had a lovely lunch here and the children had fun playing. It wasn't clear that you have to pay to play although it's really cheap to play. Food was good and the lunch options were nice the cakes looked fab. They have gluten free options also.

A great place for children to enjoy being kids. Space to run around, Healthy snacks and mini meals. The staff work hard to keep the place clean. We'll worth the entry fee.

I have just been here for the first time today and had a really good time. My 20 month old son really enjoyed himself and I had a nice panini and a good coffee. Everything has been thought through, from the child friendly menu to the great play area. It was quite busy (last day of half term) but not at all chaotic. The service was very good too. I highly recommend it.

We arrived in the morning and it was packed, so either arrive early or skip the morning rush and go after lunch. Surrounding the entrance is a white picket fence, so there's no unplanned escaping from here. There's ample space to park a buggy or pram. About half of the remaining space is taken up by a play area, with lots of toys to keep a toddler occupied. Unfortunately there are a set of steps on the middle, so watch out for that. I felt the menu was a little limited if you weren't keen on cheese. The nibbles choice for children was excellent.

Amazing food and drink as well as being lovely to be able to relax whilst my little one played till her heart was content in the fab play areas. The staff were very attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. Will definately be visiting again.
