Had a fantastic sunday roast here. It was recommended by a friend and it certainly didn't disappoint. Roast beef was tender and perfectly cooked along with the roasted veg and potatoes. Cauliflower cheese was a delight too. The staff were amazing, attentive and helpful. Will definitely be returning to try the other three types of roast meat on the menu. I would certainly recommend The Red Bar & Lounge.

Very nice food, three choices to share for two people for £21. We had whitebait, haddock pie, and buffalo chicken wings. Excellent sterilising precautions and plenty of space

We went there for my brother’s birthday and had a fabulous evening. The service and the food were excellent. Jack was our waiter and is a credit to Red’s. He was very friendly, professional and attentive. I can’t wait to go back again.

Best Bar Restaurant in Dorking for as long as Nicky has owned it and Eric has been the Chef and now manages with his wonderful wife, Lorraine who will soon give birth to the third member of the family team. Bloody good booze and great food, especially tomatoes.

I have eaten here a few times and recently gone in a couple of times just for drinks. The atmosphere has always been good. The bar and serving staff are quick, polite and friendly. The food is really good. The calamari is one dish worth a special mention. Parking has always been easy too.

The Chef has created an amazing menu which is updated with great dishes through the year with many ingredients sourced from local companies. Summer in the beer garden is my favourite. But an evening inside with friends is just as nice.
They have a dedicated restaurant area which is neat and comfortable and great atmosphere. The bar area has some tables for sitting and eating.
Would recommend it for adults, young adults and when it's quiet, it's a nice beer garden to sit in with the dog laying next to you.

Since moving to Dorking it took us a long time to get here but we enjoyed it once we did. The food was excellent as many others have said and we would return. The service was also great, a bit slow at the end but I think we pitched a night with a few big groups.

Best gourmet meals and pub in Surrey. You'll just love the food and ambience. My group come here every Wednesday and are always spoilt and well looked after.
A jewel in the heart of the Surrey Hills.

Fab menu choice and final food was lovely - beef rib cooked perfectly. Others in the party had burgers which provided extreme food envy but also means a return visit. Thanks

Great services and good food. I think "drinks" is the main event here but I'm unable to drink at the moment... So it may be the next time in England.
I ordered Sea Bass which was delicious and for desert something with pudding and ice cream. See photos and order it!

We have been to this bar for drinks a couple of times. It is a nice relaxing place where you can usually get a table, but still busy enough to have a good atmosphere. We are still looking for an opportunity to try their food and will update this review then!
