Turned up at about 17.00 30th may to be told they had not got anymore burger buns and unless we wanted wraps they couldn't help 🥺

Very popular, but often has a significant queue and quite a long wait at popular times. The location of this particular branch of KFC is difficult for parking, and can easily result in a penalty charge notice, so you will need to park further away and walk back. Prices seem to go up fairly often, so it isn't as good in terms of value for money as it used to be. Menu choice is very extensive, but the chips don't travel well, and aren't great by the time you get home.

I think out of the KFCs I've been to, this is one of the nicest however it is quite small and the staff seemed very nice! It was a quick visit but my expirence was pretty good to be honest.

First time at this KFC and it was a quick visit, so can't give a full review of it. That said, the service was super quick and the staff there were very friendly
Overall happy and satisfied with the service :)
Update: KFC App is unfortunately not working here currently. Hopefully there'll be a fix there soon!

Dorking kfc needs a big update there ice cream machines don’t work & they don’t do wraps as there machines are broken too … chicken wings always come hard n overcooked
Chips are uncooked
Burgers are the only eatable things there so for that I give them 1 star

Given the bad reviews I hoped this branch wouldn't be as bad as people have stated. Sadly it really is the case.
I have stood and watched people (men) arrive and be served before me despite ordering much later, to then be told they are just cooking more chicken and will be another 5 or minutes. This is after 20 minutes already.
You know that old joke about getting a fatty meal amd ordering a diet coke? Well the jokes on you as they are no longer selling full fat pepsi but are happy to sell undercooked deep fried chicken. Go figure. Last meal made all 3 of us ill. Will try the leatherhead branch but not holding much hope for the brand anymore.

When I arrived there were about 7 people in front of me and one person taking orders and serving the food so I got ready for a long wait. But...... I couldn't be more wrong, that girl behind the counter was on fire, she rocked it and banged out them orders like a champ. Before I knew it I was tucking into mine. That first deserves a medal.
