Just had my dinner an hour ago. All good except the rib eye steak, which was over-grilled (burnt) and made the beef so dark. The dark color still alright, but the taste became bitter. The first waitress came and asked when I just had my first bite, I replied "hmm... Ok" because I doubted this steak will taste bitter and it might be my first bite issue. Then before my food cleared away, another staff whom I think like the supervisor saw my steak was only eaten a little then asked "you didn't like it?". Then I replied "All good, but except the griller which caused the beef to be so scorched, it tasted bitter, and it tasted funny." But then she only said "ohh.." and then smile and cleared the plates away. I shared this with my friend, and he said I shouldn't gave gratuities anymore because they didn't even apologize. I said I wasn't expecting for it and probably in other restaurant I will be offered for another steak, but actually I only told her when she asked. I won't even complained if none of them asked. But again, the rest of the foods were nice. And I'm sure if there's no problem with the griller, the steak should tasted nice. Lemme share the photos to you guys.
