Always great service. Always get my order right by far my favorite Starbucks on the island even though a few of the guys who work there could work on their customer service

Place is heavily understaffed and unresponsive. After waiting for 20 minutes to get the mobile order and on top of that when I got it was leaking from the top.
It's unacceptable quality of service. If you are serving drive through traffic, please increase the count of the staff.
I wish I could give negative rating to this place.

Only wished that All Locations Stayed Open Later. Why not keep All Staff at 4-5 hrs. Each instead of prolly keeping the Seniority Staff there for Their Hrs.? Right....

Best Starbucks in Victoria area, staff is friendly, they have lots of seats and a heated outdoor area. Can get busy during peak times and parking could get full.

Used to love Starbucks until they decided to get rid of their flat lids for cold drinks. Some of us need a straw because of neck problems as well as I am not a fan of my coffee splashing up and out the new lid while I drive.....that just makes no sense. Good bye Starbucks I will miss you.

Surprsingly quick! Not caring for the butter croissants. Also I decided to try guava passionfruit with lemonade, not roo crazy about it. But it's not bad, just thinking out loud.
