I loved the M&S cafeteria where we
had tomato soup and jacket potatoes with avocado & beans 😋. We loved the Atmosphere , service and the food served. We also had a classic tea in the evening with fries 🍟.

They have excellent food, although most of it is very unhealthy.
Clothing range is good, though tends to be more ragetted towards older population.
Homeware dept is lacking really, they have a good range, but not much available in the Douglas store. They used to sell furniture but now don't display any.

Super M&S spotlessly clean well laid out and fabulous cafe.. professional and helpful staff good range of food from breakfast to lunch..very busy.

Although it was lunchtime there were still clean empty tables available, the staff did a swift turn around on any available tables ready for the next user

Don't know where we'd be without M&S on the Island.
Excellent quality food at reasonable prices. Ordering online is so useful as they sell out of my size 14 so quickly and not resolved. Do find their trousers are getting longer ! Sizes vary and materials & quality isn't what it was compared to years ago.

Good food and service. If only more people would take their trays to the area that is clearly signed. Also when people arrive and a table has a used tray on it I wish more people would just pick it up and returning instead of finding someone to move it for them. Too many middle class snobs in there. The staff are great and always happy to help.
