Tables needed cleaning, would nave had a better atmosphere if cleaner, drinks and food was excellent.

Very friendly Costa team here, plenty of seating avaliable and at my time of visit, cleaning of tables was done regular.

This Costa is awesome for me, because it has a perfect atmosphere to relax, there is not too much sits, so, most of the time it's quiet. Coffee is the same as every Costa. Friendly staff. Can't complain.

Great atmosphere cosy warm varied menu fantastic variety of unusual coffee combinations always busy so that says a lot but that does not spoil your experiance of eating drinking in a warm and cosy place great just to people watch see all the shoppers passing by and go in drop your bags after a hard shopping day eat great food fresh vibrant have a great coffee tea or choice of drink give it a try gud choice gud value what more do you need

Sea terminal very good. Staff excellent... Costa in town. I don't visit visit now too busy.... Staff not as friendly.... Cardboard cups after 5.00 not satisfactory....

Out of the many Costa Coffees on the island, I have to say this particular store is my least favourite. It's not very spacious, though I can forgive that due to the limited areas of construction. My main reason for disliking, is that I do often find myself with burned coffee when I go to this store. If only Professor Snape were here to harshly mumble "unacceptable" once more.

Our favourite Costa is here in the Sea Terminal, Douglas, Isle of Man. Great staff; spotlessly clean; pleasant bright and airy atmosphere.

Great place for a decent cup of tea and coffee, staff polite and helpful thats why its my favourite stop for a refreshing drink.
