The store did not have my online order, and could not find it. The money had been taken out of my bank account. They are not following CDC guidelines with mask wearing. Have contacted corporate office, awaiting a response. They were in the process of making my order when the very rude girl came over breathing all over my food with no mask on. No, I never got my order. I was not going to take food that she was breathing over and yelling over with no mask on. I spoke to thr general manager yesterday, but I just do not feel good about the resolution, and thr money has still not been refunded.

The only reason I'm giving 2 starts is because the food is ok. There staff and magnet are rude and argue with me Everytime I order from there all because we don't like onions, peppers and veggies on our cheese steaks. I called tonight to order my food since my fiancé really likes the cheesesteak there and they wouldn’t let me pay over the phone. I can order from any restaurant in the area and pay over the phone but a place that doesn’t deliver and I have to get someone to go pick up the food won’t let you pay over the phone. The employee said it’s our manager that won’t allow us to take payments over the phone it’s not all stores. so the Dover jersey mikes has lost my business from this moment on I can call anywhere ‘s and not argue and get exactly what I want and have just as good quality food without the argument. and I think their prices are ridiculous.
