Georgia Boy's Bagel Cafe

Food was awesome the first time I visit, I had a bacon and egg wrap delicious. So I go on 04/16/2022 to get the same wrap the young lady says she don't do wraps but clearly the shop does because it says it on the menu, she gave me the choice of white bread or bagel. another young lady says we do wraps the first young lady shook her head no to the other young lady as if I did not see her. So I decided not to order at all. I worked in customer services for over 30 years and that's not how things should be done. I feel if she did not know how to make a wrap she should have asked her co-worker for help that's all that had to be done. I don't know if she wanted to to go back and sit down and enjoy there talk and apparently I interrupted when I walked in as a customer to place a order. but i will be back to re-visit because the food is good.

The store is crummy, the bagels aren't good, and while I was waiting for my (incredibly disappointing) sandwich the manager? Owner? Started loudly having a personal conversation with an employee that was uncomfortable to overhear. Handle your conflict resolution in the back, that kind of thing is so unprofessional.

I went a few months ago and it's the worst and weirdest bagel place. I watched them microwave an egg while a group of older men sat around talking very loudly about politics and what I presumed to be the owner said something along the lines of buying more bagels to support his business because my husband and I just bought two bagels and that's it. It was expensive and seeing as they couldn't even actually fry an egg up I will not be coming back. As we were leaving the man, again I assume this is the owner, said to come back to support his business. Can someone please open a nicer and better bagel shop?!

First time visiting today, hours were wrong on google as it said they closed at 3 but it was actually closing at 2. Got there 20 mins before closing & got side eyes from employees when ordering my food. The fountain soda machine was out of order & even though they just mopped a large area on the floor looked dirty! My bagel was very bland so I added salt, pepper & mayo. I ordered an onion bagel sandwich with bacon egg & American cheese. I like that they had the bacon in the egg, the decor was cute & rustic. I let them know it was my first time, no one suggested anything nor offered to guide me through ordering anything so customer service I would say is mediocre. I will try it again someday since it’s close to my work & I want to try the French toast bagel & maybe one of their homemade cream cheeses!

Georgia Boy's Bagel Cafe always hits the spot. The bagels are fantastic! Whenever I'm running around showing property in the morning, Georgia Boy's is the first place I stop. I hear they do icecream too... maybe we should suggest an IceCream Bagel.... 🤔 Check them out, get the BLT on the Jalapeno bagel with mustard. It's my staple. The bagels were a little undercooked & hard. The presentation was okay. The shop itself though, could use more touching up, as it didn't smell very nice upon entering. Then right after experiencing that, to see the racks where the bagels were kept, have not been lined on the bottom, was very concerning. It's a nice shop: nice concept, and great location. Service is quite slow, so if you're in a hurry, you might not be happy. Quite sad that the shop's the way it is, because it can be so much better. There's just so much potential. It just needs more upkeep of the shop, in order for first time customers to want to come again, and want to recommend it to anyone. Giving it a three because of the staff's friendliness, and generous size of the drink container.

This was our first experience with this place. We ordered two bagels, toasted with cream cheese. The only juice they had available was mango nectar, no orange or apple juice. Sat down to wait for our food. It wasn't very busy, environment isn't very inviting. 15 minutes later no customers and still no bagels, also no staff at the front counter. I looked over the counter and our bagels had been sitting there forgotten after they went through the toaster. We were served cold hard bagels gobbed with cream cheese. We won't be return customers.
