I have been meaning to write this review since Thanksgiving ! Bob Evans Dover made a wonderful meal , packed it perfectly and brightened a very emotional Thanksgiving for my family. If you are dealing with Severe Dementia and are a caregiver ,then you understand how important all of this is . A warm , flavorful meal with no mess is what the Dr. ordered , and Bob Evans Dover Staff worked very hard to make this happen for so many in our community . THANK YOU !!!!

First time here at a Bob Evan’s restaurant here in Dover, DE and I must say it was horrible. I’m not too concerned on the wait because I know Covid-19 is here, but for the wait and the food to taste as horrible as it did isn’t right. I ordered a 3-egg omelette but I don’t know how they counted the eggs because I had an egg patty. The filling was just thrown inside and then the cheese was not melted nothing was good about this. I would not suggest this place at all. The cinna biscuits were delicious

Ordered curbside pickup, I guess I should have checked the bag before leaving the parking lot. Food was good but we didn’t receive our entire order. I asked for well done bacon and it was barely cooked. I called to let them know that we didn’t receive the pancakes with our order. Dan, the manager told me he personally put them in the bag. Well, I guess my pancakes grew legs and jumped out of my car! He offered to make them again if we could pick them up. If it weren’t for my son headed out on a 6 hr drive back to college I would have.....enjoy the pancakes Dan. I had the same issue 2 other times but was ordered through grub hub so I was refunded the money for the items not received. Never again......I will just make my own crispy bacon and pancakes without legs at home.

The service here was just awful. We got there at 9:30 and didn't get food until around 11 and we were there past noon. What a breakfast, right? I had eggs and french toast and my kids had pancakes. All of the food was ok. Most of it was cold. I'm not sure if they just forgot about us and that's why it took so long and why it was cold. I blame most of my poor experience on the service. I think if everything was running smoothly on the staff side this place wouldn't be bad at all.

Sadly this Bob Evans can't handle dine in and take out at the same time. On this night the only adults working were the 2 cooks. From the manager on down it was a 3 ring circus. After 35 minutes all we had were 2 glasses of water. Waitress was missing in action. Up we got a left. 2 other couples coming in walked out with us.
