Love Auntie Anne's. Pretzels are always so go. And the sauces. But check your bag, they forgot my sauce, wouldn't be so bad but you pay for them and they are not cheap. But worth every penny. So so sad when they don't put something you ordered in the bag and you don't notice till you get home.

Horrible. Plenty of pretzels left. Guy with colored hair tells me they closed early. Was very rude whole time. There's 12 or more cups of pretzels. It was 453pm. Tells me they closed early at 5 for weather. That's fine and all but it's not it wasn't even 5 yet.

Sometimes the lines be long but worth the wait. I only wished they offered pretzels eithout dipping it in that butter though and just plant based butter.

RUDE staff , got a pizza pretzel asked the staff for a more golden (cooked more) one because the one that they were giving me was very pale ..it took them about 10 mins to give me the pretzel . When I asked at about 5 mins in a girl that was working there said "they wanted it more cooked so they are gonna have to wait" .. and kept going about it. I'm sorry but if the pretzel doesnt look how it normally does ... I expect for the staff to work with me instead of giving me attitude.

I don't like pumpkin spice stuff, but I tasted my sister's pumpkin spice pretzel, and it was delicious!! Keep up the good work! Awesone food! Awesome service!!

Horrible customer service. I purchased pretzel nuggets for my son. He wanted a water from vending machine which was right across frome auntie annes. I had two dollars. The vending machine took one dollar and wouldnt take the other. I went back to auntie annes to get change. They said i had to purchase something. I litteraly just purchased something from them 2 minutes prior. I wont be purchasing from them ever now.

My daughter just love this place I saw for myself hand made pretzels no pre packed pretzels I tasted it I got hooked so delicious.Great customer service.
