Dairy Queen (treat)

ZERO stars First… no vanilla ice cream. Secondly, I settled for the frozen cupcake in the freezer labeled price $2.89. The cashier states $3.99, saying that someone wrote the wrong price. There was a freezer full @2.89. The three employees would not honor the price that was labeled. Will not return …non trust worthy employees/prices.

The staff they have now is excellent. I get a medium shake and the smallest tiny mini blizzard cup, and put part of my shake in there and they even cut the straw for me, so my 2 year old can have a tiny shake. Also I have always had decent to great service here. Only thing... I wish they had hot foods like tenders or burgers... not both but at least one or the other

I ordered my cake the day before....guess they forgot to make it .my husband was asked to wait for at least 30 min so he was hungry grabbed a bite to eat with 60 cent discount mind you lol and they shorted him a chicken finger at that.....never again I'll make my own cakes when you make a mistake you accommodate your customer!!!!!

They are keeping the ice cream turned up to save on electric. We ordered and he went to make my cone and it was extremely soft . He threw that cone away. Then he said it will take a few mins to chill . After about 1 min he made the cone and was the same way . He threw that one away and we waited again. The third one and he made was a little firmer but by the time he went to hand it to me it sagged down past the cone, he wanted me to take it and I said no . I told him to just put the money back on my card and he just ignored me and tried a 4th time . It looked a bit better and I took it well while waiting for the blizzards the my cone was melting faster than it should of . If you can't afford to keep the temp down to keep the ice cream cold enough to serve then shut the doors .

The ice cream was exactly what you expect at DQ. What made this DQ special was the staff. The kid at the counter was amazing. We had a child that could not decided what to get and the counter guy recommended the cotton candy blizzard (it was not on the menus) but it was a huge hit! They also had our blizzards finished before we even finished ordering. It was a great experience! Well done gentlemen!
