Great service and great place to take family and friends. Plenty of parking and lots of good tasting food. Tasty drinks and excellent dessert. Very friendly atmosphere.

We dined here twice while visiting the area last month. The chicken sautes are light and delicious. The veal portion was a little small for dinner. I would rather be charged a little more for a better portion, but it was prepared well. Another night I tried the pan seared scallops with risotto; again, delicious! We got a slice of chocolate cake for desert to go. It was perfect. Nice atmosphere and great staff. You will be glad you tried Patty B's!

Patty B’s is always good. The Pasta aka Vodka is very good. This time I decided to order it hot and I got a mix of sweet and hot sausage in it. It was HOT. Too hot but that’s what I asked for I suppose. Next time I’ll go back to medium. Waitress was great. I wish they would expand. Too tough to get a table - especially with a “large” group (6). We call for reservations with a group that size but tables there are in high demand.

I dont even like Italian food that much and this place is one of my favorites in the Seacoast. This place makes me want to eat Italian food more and more! The marinara sauce is so TASTY! The lasagna is amazing. The Parmesan chicken is some of the BEST I’ve eaten. Service is okay here but the food is so good it keeps me coming back.

Eaten there several times; typical weekend eve wait of 45 minutes. Very good dish (linguini with clam sauce) though preferred less of the clam juice (which I had waitress drain off for take home leftover). Salad side ordered priced separately from main dish. Price of main meal comparable to national chain restaurant down the road though chain doesn't charge for a salad side. Lots of dessert options.

Nice find (albeit a little expensive) for an "Italian Farmhouse" concept. Food was good - eggplant Parm - and the staff was attentive. Was it "the best"? Not sure. Was it like Italian from "The North End"? No, but then again, I may not have developed a palate sophisticated enough to really know.

Outstanding service and food. When you say to your waitress and the owner you feel like you're in your Nana's kitchen at least three times, you know it's good.
