Really great staff and fabulous Turkish food - best cold meze I've had since leaving Cyprus. For me the portions need to come with a size warning as they are huge! This means it's great value for money or great potential for doggy bags so you don't need to cook the next day! Totally understand why it has so many 5* reviews. Thanks team.

Stumbled upon this place accidentally when needing to kill some time before cathing a train and it didn't disappoint. Friendly service, authentic food and huge portions. The prices seemed steep at first but they serve a complimentary starter so one kebab plate was enough to fill the two of us up.

One of the best places I've ever eaten. It's expensive but so very worth it. Tender meat, flavourful, service is excellent. If I could rate the place higher I would.

Spacious restaurant with plenty of tables. Turkish decor theme. Good menu. Lots of tapas choice. Really liked the humous, stuffed vine leaves and prawns. Bit expensive for the portions. Yoghurt should be offered complimentary.

Beautiful interior and attentive, kind staff! Consistently good food and a great option for vegetarians like us. Would recommend the halloumi casserole, was our favourite dish of the night. Also loved that they gave us very well seasoned couscous on the side without us asking for it. Generous bread basket with tzatziki at the start and the Turkish delights at the end before leaving were also a great touch.

Vegetarian food was exceptionally tasty, Hummus, falafel and bread fresh and warm, one of the best I've tried. Staff was very kind and helpful. Atmosphere and vibe lovely! Not to miss in Dover!

We were visiting from California and this was our best meal! The service was great, the food was generously portioned and it was all so good. We ordered the lamb kebab meal and chicken kebab meal with yogurt and it was soooo good! We finished with baklava and it was worth feeling extra full. All the staff were lovely.

We came to Dover for a trip and we found Aspendos on Google maps. We were impressed by the decorations in the beginning. When we ordered the food we noticed that everyone was so polite and the space shiny clean. When they served our dishes everything was super delicious and well cooked. Enormous portions so we asked to take away the rest of the food. They offered us some baklava treat chocolate and lukumi at the exit. Very generous and kind service! Good team work and management! Congratulations!

Great location, close to all major attractions, within view of Dover Castle, a stone throw from the famous White cliffs, an amazing walk.
The staff are very pleasant and provide an excellent service. Turkish cuisine at its best.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant if your visiting or live in dover.

The food is amazing I have been to Turkey before and im telling you, their food is still the best I have ever had ! The meet is well marinated and the meat is so tender and juicy. The sauce is amazing! The waiter, is also very nice, even the chef bring you with warm smile. I will definitely come visit again in the very near future. Love it. Thank you for the amazing food.

Lovely dinner at this restaurant. We've been meaning to go for a while and as it was my wife's birthday I booked a table. I was surprised how busy it was, but we were offered a choice of table. Service, food and ambiance were all excellent. Food portions are quite large, so was given a doggy bag!

This place has amazing food and service. I couldn't fault it for anything. We had the 2-3 person platter and the assortment of meats were cooked to perfection, I loved the ribs and lamb chops which were very meaty. Tea and baklawa were complimentary and I think it's the perfect thing after a filling meal.
