The staff are very helpful in this cafe. They bake their own cakes, and I have to say, the lemon drizzle is the best I have ever tasted. Fruit cake is very good. I did like their Flat Jack's, but they are not making them at moment. 5 stars from me.

The man who served me (Scott) couldn’t have been more polite, attentive and helpful.
He is a credit to Pumpkin Café, Dover Priory rail station and to himself.

I usually get something from the Dover Pumpkin, a coffee or breakfast or morning paper and always find the staff friendly and helpful. Last Wednesday I managed to spill my coffee all over the floor, totally my fault. The guy behind the counter was unfazed, didn't call me an idiot despite the mess, and supplied me a fresh coffee with no charge. Thank you.

My friend and I used pumpkin cafe on 10th November while waiting for the London train and we were absolutely amazed at how clean, organised and inviting it was. All the stock was beautifully displayed and so much choice of everything. The staff were very professional and friendly, I would highly recommend going there even if your using the train. Very warm and comfortable and reasonably priced.

The guy serving was a lovely warm, chatty character, which started our day out lovely, not only did he help us get the best deal with our meal deals, my daughter had left her phone on the side when collecting her order. Took us 15 mins to realise but he'd safely kept aside for us, after a thorough check what picture was on the front. A total credit to your company x
