Very quiet when we visited. A swarm of staff working so not sure if some were in to be trained. Service was quick, food hot and tasty.
Annoyingly the vegetarian main meal options are not available as part of a meal deal. Costs significantly more buying individual items than having let's say, a chicken burrito meal deal.
Restaurant was clean and tidy. Staff regularly cleaning surfaces.
Considerably a better experience than my visit to the Chatham branch.

I'm an American who's grown up with and loves Taco Bell. The meat recipe is different but it's all still yummy. Similar selection to the US albeit seemed a slightly more limited menu. But our food was hot, made quickly and tasted good ... and like you'd expect from a Taco Bell. The kiosks were all in use so we ordered at the counter, where a new girl was being trained. Everyone was nice. The place looked clean but we didn't eat in, as there were too many large families with toddlers running around and loud parents for my liking. But I will be going back. This may not be your cup of tea but if you're already a TB fan, definitely check this location out. Taco Supremes. đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Staff were really helpful as I couldn't decide what to try. The sharing platter was a great choice. Absolutely delicious. Really fast service but the food was spot on and pretty reasonable value. I'll be back.

Typical fast food chain but really enjoyed the tacos here. Loved the fact that while the kids ate, we had a keto option (chicken taco) which helped stay on track diet wise. The staff were friendly but service was slow. The place was well air-conditioned, plenty of tables and very clean.

We came here knowing what to expect in terms of food. Does what it says on the tin... It was pretty empty, as usual. It took TWENTY FIVE minutes to get our food. Depressing venue, quiet enough for my autistic friend with me. Can't be bothered to write more, just wanted to moan about how slow the staff are.

Place is run by kids, but they're "on point!" Always polite, civil, and get the job done quickly.
The food is freshly prepared, arrives at the counter warm, is always delicious, and well presented.
To order your food, there's instore self-service touch screens, the App on your mobile devices, and the old school counter service. Be mindful, however... they do not accept cash in the Dover branch.
There is a reasonable sized seating area in the restaurant. However, they don’t offer any table service in any shape or form. Being critical, it's a little soulless in the atmosphere. That all said, it is again very nicely decorated and the cleaning schedule is very much working.

Decided to pop in here on Valentine's, the place was empty at 2pm, the food was hot, super tasty, and all ingredients as fresh as they could possibly be. Paid around ÂŁ10 for a meal and a burrito so very reasonably priced too! Staff were smiley and friendly. Toilets were clean, so very impressed!
