First time I went there was 8 years ago. The food was amazing, the service impeccable. Went again last Saturday. Food was even better than I remembered, but the service was still amazing.

I've been coming to the Downham Tandoori for a few years now and I have never had a bad experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and always full of smiles, while the food is authentic, delicious and decently priced.
The bar is fully stocked with beer and spirits, and the recently updated wine

The best Tandoori by far, for miles. Great food, great service. Just shame about the parking, you have to find a space near by.

Got a takeaway for 10 from this restaurant. The guy on the phone was very friendly and this was backed up with a wonderful welcome into the restaurant when we picked up our order as well as free drinks whilst we waited (though this wasn't long!). The food was reasonably priced, worked out to about £
Good food. Ordered a dansak that included a rice but the rice never came.
Massive selection to choose from, all food was amazing. Will be going back again.
