Forty One Restaurant

Really enjoyable evening out for date night or family meal. We hadn't been in a while but the food, decoration, service and atmosphere was great. The decoration is very quirky, there are neon signs, door handles to use as coat hooks, tables with plastic tops and things like knives and forks in designs under them. It is right in the centre of Driffield and easy to walk to if you live locally or there are lots of carpark or road side parking options close by. The front door doesn't offer an accessible entrance but there is a side door (where you access the function room) which is level.

From outside not sure that you want to go in . As soon as you pass through the entrance door, everything changes. The atmosphere and decorations and the ambience it's cosy and welcoming. As you get in, a nice waitress will welcoming you and placing you to your table. Now the food--- awesome. Big consistent portions. I'm a bit upset as I really love mashed potatoes but they don't do it unfortunately. Anyway got a rump stake ( local farm) very fresh and nicely cooked . Nice espresso coffee ( I recommend it as sometimes certain places does a very bitter coffee) . Good place to dine in. Family friendly, clean .
