Dunkin'

The girl messed up on my mom's coffee twice, then instead of bagel with bacon egg and cheese I got an everything bagel with cream cheese. The girl was very slow and almost like she had no knowledge on taking the order or how to make things. Dudley dunkin near the court house. Normally they are quick and make the correct orders.

Last 3 times I’ve gone, they add cinnamon sprinkle topping to my drink, which I never ask for. Yea, l could scoop most of it off myself, but some gets up in there and changes the taste. And yea, it’s not the end of the world, but I really don’t like cinnamon. I didn’t think I’d have to specify, but I guess I gotta change how I order to make sure something that doesn’t come with my drink, doesn’t come with my drink. If I wanted the Charli drink or whatever the name is, I would’ve asked for it. I just want my regular cold brew with cold foam :(

came through the drive thru with a friend, ordered my normal coffee (that i get 2x daily with no problems at a different dunkin’!) as well as a bagel & a frozen coffee, and was refused my coffee order despite making it clear to the woman taking my order that i wasn’t gonna budge two separate times. when i got to the window after convincing them to allow me to purchase my beverage, they had to take my order AGAIN and somehow i still drove off missing an espresso shot & a frozen coffee. this dunks absolutely blows and, after i go back tomorrow to get a refund, i will literally never set foot in this place again — would honestly rather drive the hour out to the dunks by my job than swing by this one 10 minutes away from my house simply because i know they will make my order and make it correctly the first time.

This DD is hit or miss! The coffee can be weak, just right or burnt. Time of day doesn't seem to be a factor as far as the coffee consistency goes. I have been disappointed using the Drive-Thru so I park and go inside. The donuts are good. The staff is OK and service is fair-to-good. The store is handicap accessible as it on ground level but the two entry doors may be a challenge. There are other coffee shop alternatives in Dudley that can provide a better quality experience at a better price. DD corporate should get involved with this franchise to protect their brand.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to. The employees are ALWAYS rude and never want to fix a mistake. Today I went in and bought a coffee, sandwich & hashbrowns and when I requested more ketchup the lady threw it at me and said have a good day and then proceeded to walk away. My coffee tastes burnt and is completely cream. Do not visit this location.
